The Mid-Level Application Developer is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance application features. You will work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a developer with strong foundational skills who’s ready to grow their impact in a collaborative, agile team.

Responsibilities:

Software Development & Maintenance

Design and implement software components based on functional and technical requirements.
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following established coding standards.
Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full application stack.

Collaboration & Agile Practices

Work closely with peers, Lead Developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Provide status updates and collaborate on development priorities and timelines.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation.
Contribute to the improvement of development tools, processes, and best practices.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest tools or techniques that enhance productivity or code quality.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in full-stack or backend application development
Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
Experience with Java or C# is not required
Solid understanding of both relational and non-relational databases
Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Functional Programming paradigms
Hands-on experience with frameworks and libraries such as React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and NestJS
Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Up to PHP 110,000 monthly
2 rest days per week
