Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with questions related to order placement, delivery status, and available menu items.

  • Document customer interactions and track issues for further analysis and improvement.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and other departments to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Stay informed about menu updates, promotions, and service changes to provide accurate information.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance service offerings and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food delivery or restaurant industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mentality.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer support systems and order management platforms is a plus.
  • Capability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity.
