Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service roles, particularly in e-commerce or online marketplace environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations efficiently.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
