Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking users of freelance and virtual job platforms.
  • Assist users with inquiries regarding platform features, account management, and job postings.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to relay user feedback and suggest enhancements to platform offerings.
  • Stay informed about new features and updates to provide the most accurate assistance to users.
  • Encourage a positive community experience by engaging with users and promoting best practices on the platform.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles, ideally in digital or freelance environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage challenging inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and online platform management is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity.
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for helping users succeed in their freelance journeys.
