Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support in German, addressing inquiries related to product availability, orders, and returns.
  • Assist customers with navigating the online shopping platform, ensuring they can easily find and purchase products.
  • Document customer interactions accurately, keeping records up to date in the customer management system.
  • Troubleshoot issues regarding orders and provide timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to effectively escalate and address customer concerns.
  • Stay informed about promotions, product launches, and company policies to give customers the most accurate information.
  • Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to continuously improve customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German is essential, along with strong communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the online retail sector, is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing effective engagement with customers.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced remote work environment.
