Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch, addressing inquiries regarding grocery delivery services, order status, and product availability.
  • Assist customers with issues related to their orders, including modifications, cancellations, and delivery tracking.
  • Document customer interactions accurately while maintaining detailed records for reporting and analysis.
  • Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Stay informed about grocery products, promotions, and the delivery process to provide relevant information to customers.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively, demonstrating empathy and a willingness to resolve issues quickly.
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch with strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred, especially in the grocery or retail sector.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on providing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote working environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate order management.
