  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, transactions, and mobile app functionality.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer support system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address common customer concerns.
  • Stay updated on mobile banking features and best practices to provide informed support.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements to enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer care.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging situations with ease.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools, mobile banking applications, and software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively.
