  • Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding home appliances.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about product features, troubleshooting, and warranty information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer management system.
  • Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and enhance service offerings.
  • Stay updated on product lines and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and recommend improvements to improve the overall service experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service roles, preferably in the retail or home appliances sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer care.
  • Ability to resolve issues efficiently and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to helping customers with their needs.
