We're looking for qualified Residential Property Lawyers to join a case cover team on a part time basis. If you enjoy supporting teams, interacting with clients and making sure things are done right, let us know - show us you're interested in joining Eden today.

As part of our case cover team, your role will involve covering cases when property lawyers have planned or unplanned absence. With full remote working, on any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:

  • Ownership and responsibility for managing a caseload of mixed residential property cases from instruction through to completion
  • Provide cover for colleagues who have planned or unplanned absence
  • Use the case management system to accurately update case tasks and activities in a timely manner
  • Manage deadlines and deal with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policies across all conveyancing transactions
  • Provide proactive communication to keep customers, partners and other conveyancers updated on case progress
  • Deliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction

Requirements

All our teams work to exacting standards, and so we're looking for friendly and diligent Residential Property Lawyers with the following:

  • Qualified with 3 years experience in residential conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Evidence of recent CPD including AML training
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong affinity for digital technology
  • Experience and competency in sales and purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity work.
  • Ambition to develop their conveyancing experience and skills
