Job description

We’re seeking a sharp and flexible Project Coordinator to help keep our work on track. You’ll manage timelines, keep teams aligned, and make sure everyone stays focused on what truly matters.

This isn't a traditional PM role. We're not big on rituals, long status updates, or micromanagement. We're looking for someone who brings clarity, removes blockers, and helps small teams move fast.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the design, development, and marketing teams;
  • Owning timelines, prepping launches, following up and unblocking people;
  • Acting as the bridge between the founder and the team;
  • Keeping projects focused, organized, and most importantly – shipped.

What you need:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management/coordination;
  • Excellent written English (B2+ level);
  • Proven experience in managing small async teams or startups;
  • Solid working knowledge of JIRA, Slack, and remote workflows;
  • Track record of shipping updates and keeping teams organized without over-processing.

Would be a HUGE plus:

  • Exposure to onboarding/activation flows or real-world edge cases;
  • Knowing hot to bread work down into shippable, testable chunks;
  • A great sense of humor ☺️
