GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Email Campaign Project Specialist to join our growing team! The Schedule

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
 
The Role

Lead Management & Client Communication

  • Monitor and promptly respond to inbound lead and client emails (within 1 business day or less).

  • Route leads through HubSpot to the appropriate team or client based on needs.

  • Manage client communications through HubSpot and email, maintaining timely responses and a professional tone.

  • Provide weekly project updates to clients and key internal stakeholders.

Project & Task Management

  • Oversee projects via Asana, assigning tasks and tracking deadlines.

  • Proactively manage timelines, identify bottlenecks, and keep projects on track.

  • Keep project statuses updated and maintain accurate documentation.

Email Marketing Quality Control

  • Test email designs for rendering, links, and accuracy before sending to clients.

  • Catch and correct errors in email templates to ensure flawless execution.

  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to improve performance and delivery.

Technical Knowledge

  • Have a working knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp preferred).

  • Understand email marketing best practices, deliverability basics, and campaign optimization.

  • Stay up to date on trends in email marketing and client communication strategies.

 
The Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, project coordination, or client management.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with strong attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and project management tools (Asana preferred).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    Basic understanding of email design, QA testing, and quality control best practices.


Nice To Have
  • Strong email marketing background or QA experience.

  • Experience handling multiple projects for various clients.

  • Knowledge of A/B testing, deliverability, and segmentation.

  • Basic HTML understanding for troubleshooting.

 

The Compensation

  • ₱70,000 to ₱80,000/month
