Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Portuguese and Spanish speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Braga.


Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Braga, Portugal

Work model: Remote

Employment type: fixed term (6 months) 

Remuneration: Base salary 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to information requests from professionals, clients, or other stakeholders regarding a specific product or service area.
  • Manage incoming communications via email and phone, providing accurate and timely support.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and propose actionable solutions.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (approximately once every four months) to ensure service continuity.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native / fluent in Portuguese (C2) and Spanish (at least C1) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • A higher education degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field (e.g., life sciences, health sciences, chemistry, or a related discipline) – this is a mandatory qualification.
  • A strong interest in research and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
