Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1400 USD/month base pay + commission

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We're seeking a driven, personable Outbound Sales Representative to engage existing customers through outbound calls, focusing on turning open quotes and unsold repairs into booked jobs. This role is about proactively reaching out to warm leads and reactivating interest. If you're energized by meaningful conversations and helping customers make confident service decisions, this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on unsold repairs, open quotes, and pending estimates.
  • Re-engage customers with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer service-related questions and overcome objections.
  • Present additional service options, club memberships, or financing.
  • Coordinate with field technicians and dispatch to ensure seamless scheduling.
  • Document all customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Support outbound lead follow-up campaigns during peak seasons.


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in a customer-facing or inside sales role.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable using CRMs (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and stay organized.
  • Professional and confident phone presence.
  • Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or home services terminology is helpful.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service CRMs.
  • Prior experience working in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry.
  • Background in scheduling, customer success, or dispatch coordination.
