Description

This position is a hybrid position dealing in both the restaurant & banquets. Familiarity in both positions is a plus!

 

A Food and Beverage Supervisor oversees the food and beverage operations within the hotel ensuring quality service, food and beverage presentation, and guest experience. They manage staff, oversee service, and contribute to the hotel's success. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Management: Directing staff, including kitchen, bar, and service staff. 
  • Customer Service: Ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. 
  • Operational Efficiency: Overseeing food service and ensuring timely movement of orders. 
  • Staff Training and Development: Participating in recruitment, selection, and training of staff. 
  • Menu and Promotion Development: Contributing to the development of menus, promotions, and events. 
  • Quality Control: Ensuring adherence to food safety standards and maintaining a clean and well-maintained environment. 
  • Problem Solving: Remaining calm under pressure, making quick decisions, and adapting to unexpected challenges.
