As the Provider Recruitment Coordinator, you will support a team of Provider Recruiters with sourcing, screening, and other administrative recruitment duties.

 

 

  • Identify and engage potential physician candidates through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, etc.).
  • Utilize AI-assisted search and other advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified physician/APP talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Schedule interviews, site visits and candidate travel arrangements.
  • Proactively partner with recruiters to understand provider recruitment needs for each region.
  • Maintain and update residency/fellowship program contacts, including current residents and fellows of each program.
  • Proactively plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns, conferences, and sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates.
  • Draft and post physician job openings on various platforms.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and professional follow-up.
  • Compile recruitment metrics and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update unit profiles.
  • Demonstrate and embody the Women’s Care mission and core values.
  • Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, healthcare staffing, or human resources.
  • Familiarity with physician recruitment platforms and databases.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS.
