We are seeking a skilled and experienced recruiter to become part of our expanding international Staff-Leasing team in Madrid. In this role, you’ll support our Temporary Employment Agency and HR Consultancy operations.

How you will make a difference: 

  • Take full responsibility for managing the entire recruitment process for our Temporary Employment Agency (ETT) activities in Spain.
  • Work closely with our Sales team to gain a clear understanding of our clients’ requirements for all temporary roles, ensuring we identify the best possible fit.
  • Oversee the complete search for candidates: sourcing, screening, holding initial conversations, and preparing high-quality shortlists for our clients.
  • Act as the crucial link between outstanding candidates and our clients, guaranteeing we deliver our services to the highest standard.
  • Manage all aspects of recruitment and talent acquisition within your area for our temporary employment and recruitment consultancy clients.
  • Utilise your strong knowledge of the Spanish labour market, including the various types and details of work contracts in temporary recruitment agencies.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain excellent organisation by keeping accurate records of client and employee contracts and all related activities.
  • Apply your organisational strengths to prioritise effectively, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure everything is completed to a high standard and on time.

  • Strong hands-on recruitment experience, especially within temporary employment agencies (ETT), giving you a solid grasp of the unique pace and challenges.
  • Comfortable managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to first interviews — and confident in engaging directly with clients.
  • Service-oriented mindset, always striving to exceed expectations and build strong client and candidate relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple roles and priorities with ease.
  • Skilled at building rapport and communicating effectively with clients, candidates, partners, and colleagues.
  • Native Spanish speaker, with intermediate written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, as well as job boards and web portals used for candidate search and job advertising.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and keen interest in continuously developing your professional skills.
