Bumble Roofing is actively seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales force in Dallas, TX. Our most driven sales reps average over $100K annually by closing just 2-3 jobs per month—and that's before additional bonuses and perks. You'll receive company-provided leads, a $500/month fuel allowance, and the support of a nationally backed but locally rooted roofing company known for service and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and meet with homeowners to present solutions.
• Use Bumble Roofing's proven sales systems to generate leads and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and responsiveness.
• Knock on doors, prospect insurance agents, and request referrals to expand your network.
• Schedule and conduct meetings to secure work authorizations.
• Safely set up ladders and perform roof inspections as needed.
• Consistently follow up with clients and gather reviews to bolster reputation and trust.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in roofing, construction, or a similar industry.
• Comfortable working outdoors and conducting roof inspections.
• Energetic and personable, with the confidence to engage with homeowners and build rapport.
• Self-starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Willingness to prospect at least 25 hours per week.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings.
