We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated PeopleOps Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a meaningful impact. In this strategic and tactical role, you’ll lead and scale recruiting efforts across the company while developing a system, shaping processes, and solving problems along the way. You are comfortable wearing many hats and managing competing priorities.


Details:

  • Location: Remote - Anywhere in the US but must work east coast hours
  • FLSA Classification: Exempt

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts, from defining requirements to offer acceptance.
  • Develop, implement, and champion a scalable, automation-enhanced recruiting system.
  • Identify and implement improvements in recruiting processes.
  • Develop, document, and implement scalable recruiting workflows.
  • Enhance Vaultes branding through social media, job boards, and events.
  • Provide a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all stages.
  • Keep a pulse on recruiting trends and candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Develop compliant job descriptions based on hiring needs across various departments and post to targeted platforms.
  • Maintain and manage talent pipelines for upcoming needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and proposal team to understand contract needs, role responsibilities, and urgency.
  • Counsel candidates on the interview and hiring process.
  • Work closely with the BD team to ensure accuracy in staffing needs and recruiting efforts.
  • Work closely with HR for smooth onboarding handoff.
  • Review resumes and applications, screen candidates, and facilitate interview scheduling/communication with hiring managers.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements

Core Qualifications:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA. Vaultes does not provide visa sponsorship.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail 
  • Organized while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent with technology
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively within ambiguous situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint
  • Deep Experience with Paylocity or similar Applicant Tracking Systems

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 10+ years of related experience with at least 5 years of related experience specifically in the government contracting industry.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Capable of operating a computer and other office productivity machinery, and frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers.


This is a Full-Time, W2 position. Corp-to-Corp and 1099 ineligible.
