This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week 8:00 am - 12:00 am, 2:00pm - 6:00 pm CST

This is an exciting opportunity to master the art and science of appointment setting in a premium service industry where your communication skills directly impact substantial revenue growth. You’ll be working with pre-qualified, warm leads generated through established marketing channels, including advanced text AI systems that handle initial engagement before live transfers. The role requires genuine expertise in building rapport, overcoming objections, and securing appointments with couples (typically husband and wife decision-makers) for high-value bathroom renovation consultations. This position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology while applying proven appointment-setting techniques in a business model that values quality over quantity.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic outbound calls to pre-qualified leads for premium bathroom renovation services
  • Build authentic rapport with prospects and skillfully address concerns and objections
  • Secure confirmed appointments, ensuring both decision makers will be present for consultations
  • Utilize advanced text AI software for initial lead engagement and execute seamless live transfers
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in Builder Prime CRM system
  • Participate in daily performance communication and comprehensive reporting with management
  • Follow proven scripts and processes while adapting approach to individual prospect personalities
  • Collaborate directly with business owners to continuously refine and optimize appointment setting strategies
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators to maximize conversion rates

Requirements
  • Proven track record in appointment setting, preferably within construction or home improvement industries
  • Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to build trust and overcome objections professionally
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Builder Prime experience highly preferred)
  • Resilience to handle rejection while maintaining consistently positive attitude and energy
  • Professional phone presence with clear, confident speaking voice
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated quiet work environment
  • Flexibility to work during US business hours with direct accessibility to management team
