We’re building a fast-growing national commercial cleaning company and are seeking a resourceful, driven Outbound Sales Virtual Assistant to keep our sales pipeline consistently full. Your main objective will be to generate qualified leads and book walkthrough appointments with decision-makers at commercial properties.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and knows how to get results through cold outreach and consistent follow-ups.
Conduct daily outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate leads
Build targeted lead lists using tools like Google Maps, scraping tools, and LinkedIn
Manage and update CRM (HubSpot or similar) with accuracy
Follow a provided sales script and secure virtual walkthrough appointments for quotes
Send branded email follow-ups, nurture cold leads, and track KPIs daily
Fluent English with a neutral accent and confident, professional tone
Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting in B2B space
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred)
Reliable, self-motivated, and strong communicator
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced sales role
100+ outbound touches per day (calls, emails, messages)
5+ qualified appointments booked per week
Daily performance check-ins to review progress and improve results
Experience in B2B sales targeting property managers, medical clinics, auto dealerships, or similar industries
Familiarity with commercial cleaning or facility services
Experience working with a U.S.-based sales team
