This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Total hours: 40 hours per week
  • Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST

Role Summary

We’re building a fast-growing national commercial cleaning company and are seeking a resourceful, driven Outbound Sales Virtual Assistant to keep our sales pipeline consistently full. Your main objective will be to generate qualified leads and book walkthrough appointments with decision-makers at commercial properties.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and knows how to get results through cold outreach and consistent follow-ups.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate leads

  • Build targeted lead lists using tools like Google Maps, scraping tools, and LinkedIn

  • Manage and update CRM (HubSpot or similar) with accuracy

  • Follow a provided sales script and secure virtual walkthrough appointments for quotes

  • Send branded email follow-ups, nurture cold leads, and track KPIs daily


Requirements
  • Fluent English with a neutral accent and confident, professional tone

  • Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting in B2B space

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred)

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and strong communicator

  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced sales role


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • 100+ outbound touches per day (calls, emails, messages)

  • 5+ qualified appointments booked per week

  • Daily performance check-ins to review progress and improve results


Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B sales targeting property managers, medical clinics, auto dealerships, or similar industries

  • Familiarity with commercial cleaning or facility services

  • Experience working with a U.S.-based sales team
