Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope:

Work remotely for 20 hours per week
Monday to Friday 9am-11am & 3pm-5pm EST (2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the afternoon)
Operate during Eastern Standard Time business hours
Potential to expand role responsibilities in the future
Collaborate with on-site management team
Maintain confidentiality of member information

Responsibilities:

Help with gym member management.
Engage with current and prospective gym members and assist with membership pauses, cancels and upgrades.
Manage membership groups across multiple crossfit locations but managing the same tasks for multiple locations.

Requirements

Very strong English - both written and spoken a must.
Highly organized and proactive, seeking out tasks instead of being wait to be told.
Willingness to grow within the company is encouraged with the ability to gain more work hours and bonus pay as the role expands.
Knowledge in working with CRM systems, experience in Go High Level considered a bonus.
