Part-time 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday 11am to 3pm UK time.

Responsibilities:
Conduct telesales calls to prospective tattoo studios and artists
Perform needs-finding and solution selling to identify client requirements
Have technical discussions with clients about digital marketing solutions
Present and sell services including SEO, web design, email marketing, Google ads, and meta ads
Identify appropriate solutions based on client meetings and assessments
Maintain professional communication with knowledgeable industry clients
Provide daily summaries of activities and call outcomes
Work autonomously while meeting clearly defined KPIs and expectations
Requirements:
Strong understanding of digital marketing at a technical level
Excellent English communication skills with professional phone presence
3-4+ years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or related fields
Ability to conduct technical discussions about marketing solutions
Confident selling abilities with solution-based approach
Professional demeanor and intelligence to work with knowledgeable clients
Experience with needs-finding sales methodologies
Autonomous work style with ability to meet defined expectations
Scope:
Direct management by agency owner with clear KPI expectations
Focus on outbound telesales and appointment setting
Target market: tattoo studios and tattoo artists
