At The PCA Group of Companies, we’re hiring a UX/UI Designer to join our Creative Team and help craft high-impact web experiences for some of the fastest-growing names in beauty, wellness, and personal care. You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Director and cross-functional partners to bring elevated, brand-right digital designs to life across mobile, desktop, and tablet.
This is a visually-driven UI/UX role — ideal for designers who want to focus more on interface design and brand expression than deep UX research.
What You’ll Do
Execute thoughtful, intuitive UX/UI designs across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms
Support the UX process: user research, wireframes, UI design, testing, and QA
Translate business and user needs into seamless, responsive web design
Design across a range of brand-driven UI requirements, from bespoke site designs to templatized best practice solutions
Collaborate with teams including Marketing, IT, Engineering, and Brand to ensure designs are both functional and beautiful
Conduct competitive research, customer journey mapping, and persona development
Use Google Analytics, HotJar, and other tools to evaluate and iterate design performance
Help maintain design systems and organize creative asset libraries
Support client-facing presentations and contribute to ideation sessions
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Visual Designer, or Web Designer
Strong emphasis on UI design, visual storytelling, layout, typography, and responsive best practices
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
Competence with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar — we use Figma but it's not the centerpiece here)
Strong portfolio showing high-quality interface design, particularly for e-commerce or brand-focused digital work
Detail-oriented and pixel-obsessed — especially when handing off to development
Effective communicator with confidence in presenting ideas and receiving feedback
Bonus points for experience in:
Beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle e-commerce
Digital marketing campaigns or branded content
Working closely with dev teams through QA
Salary Range
$85,000 – $95,000
Full-time role based in New York (hybrid arrangements considered).
Portfolio Required
Please include a link to your portfolio or recent examples of UI or web design work with your application.
