The Help desk Administrator responsibilities include answering a wide range of technical IT issues Globally, managing a high level of permissions of organization’s platforms such Office365 and others. The helpdesk administrator reports to the Helpdesk manager in Medison Israeli HQ.


Responsibilities

  • Answering a wide range of technical IT issues.
  • Managing a high level of permissions of organization’s platforms such Office365 and others platforms and systems.
  • Offering technology solutions to end users in all IT aspects (i.e. Windows 10/11, Operating system, antivirus, printers, security systems etc.)
  • Provide Day to day support and response to service incidents
  • Diagnose and resolve IT technical issues involving internet connectivity
  • Providing support for the entire organization (both locally and Remotely)
  • Responsible for reporting adverse events to the third-party PV service provider in a timely manner
  • Tracking and managing IT equipment inventory (including Purchase orders)

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of business experience as a PC-Technician or IT Help-Desk
  • Extensive knowledge of Win10/11 system
  • Extensive Knowledge of Office 365 platforms, including troubleshooting 
  • Service oriented approach
  • Professional proficiency in English
