Aidoc is currently recruiting for a Director of Product Operations in Tel Aviv. This role leads our Product Operations function, driving cross-functional alignment and operational excellence to support the execution of our innovative healthcare product roadmap.

About this role
The Director of Product Operations will be responsible for leading the Product Operations function at Aidoc. This role will drive the operational excellence of the Product organization, ensuring scalable processes, clear communication, cross-functional alignment, and the smooth execution of Aidoc’s ambitious product roadmap.
You will work closely with Product Management, R&D, Commercial, Compliance, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to create a best-in-class Product Operations function that accelerates Aidoc’s innovation and go-to-market impact.
Responsibilities
Product Execution Infrastructure:
- Establish and optimize product planning, prioritization, and execution processes (road mapping, backlog management, etc.).
- Own the Product Management operating rhythm (e.g., quarterly planning, portfolio reviews, exec updates).
Implement a Standardized Product Lifecycle Framework
- Drive consistency in how products move from concept to GA to enable better cross-functional planning and faster time to market.
- Map required deliverables and embed gates and checklists
- Training product and GTM teams to adopt the framework
Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Facilitate coordination between Product, R&D, Commercial, and Customer teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
- Define and drive workflows for product feedback intake, triage, and incorporation into planning.
Tools & Systems Management:
- Implement and manage product operations tools (for product planning and execution, Salesforce for customer context, etc.)
- Drive continuous improvement in tooling to support a growing portfolio of solutions.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Lead special projects that improve operational efficiency, such as OKRs implementation, create a unified product metrics dashboard, etc.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Product leadership team.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Business Operations roles within fast-paced SaaS or healthcare technology companies.
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams or complex cross-functional programs.
- Strong technical literacy: comfortable collaborating with Engineering on complex, AI-driven SaaS products.
- Proven experience operationalizing processes across distributed teams.
- Highly organized with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset: data-driven approach to identifying gaps, measuring performance, and optimizing operations.
Nice-to-Have:
- Previous experience in a startup-to-scaleup environment.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, regulatory pathways (FDA, CE), and the healthcare industry.
