Replicant is seeking a Channel Partner Manager to help scale our indirect go-to-market motion by driving revenue through strategic partnerships with master agents, sub-agents, and technology partners.
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a deep understanding of how to build and activate partner ecosystems in enterprise SaaS — especially in high-growth, technical categories like AI and automation. You’ll play a key role in enabling partners to position Replicant’s AI-powered contact center automation platform, tailoring messaging and programs to different personas, and helping partners surface and accelerate qualified opportunities.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering to ensure partners are equipped to source, influence, and close deals. This is both a strategic and hands-on role — we’re looking for someone who can build relationships at scale while rolling up their sleeves to drive results in the field.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage relationships with master agents, sub-agents, and strategic channel partners to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
Educate partners on Replicant’s platform, ideal customer profiles, and use cases to ensure they can effectively position and pitch our solution
Design and deliver enablement programs — including training, playbooks, and co-selling materials — tailored to partner personas and vertical focus areas
Collaborate closely with Sales and Solutions Engineering to support active partner opportunities and align on deal strategy
Work with Marketing to create channel campaigns and go-to-market programs that activate partner networks
Track partner performance, surface insights from partner feedback, and iterate on programs to increase engagement and conversion
Represent Replicant at partner events, roadshows, and industry conferences to build brand presence and deepen relationships
Identify trends across the partner ecosystem (e.g., in retail, insurance, healthcare) and use those insights to shape partner messaging and outreach
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner onboarding, education, and deal escalation, ensuring a seamless experience from activation to close
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partners have what they need to succeed — from messaging to product support to pipeline visibility
What You’ll Bring
5+ years in a channel, partnerships, or customer-facing GTM role within SaaS, preferably in a technical or AI-focused environment
Deep curiosity about emerging technologies — especially AI — and the ability to translate technical concepts into partner-relevant value
Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message across partner personas (from sub-agents to CROs)
Experience building enablement content and delivering training sessions for external partners or sales teams
A strategic yet hands-on mindset — you can operate at both the program level and in the field
Comfort working with concepts like APIs, integrations, and data flows (you don’t need to be an engineer, but you can hold your own in technical conversations)
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solutions Engineering
