Job Summary
We’re looking for a Creative Director who’s both a visionary and a hands-on maker—someone who can concept big ideas and execute them flawlessly. You bring bold, strategic thinking to brand, advertising, and digital experiences, and you can switch seamlessly between high-level direction and pixel-perfect detail. You’ve led teams, inspired great work, pitched (and won) big ideas, and you know how to craft compelling narratives both visually and verbally. With 10+ years of creative leadership in fast-paced, collaborative agency environments, you thrive on pushing creative boundaries, mentoring talent, and partnering with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. As Creative Director, you’ll help shape the creative vision of the agency, guide projects from concept to delivery, and ensure every execution hits the mark.
Who We’re Looking For

Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams (designers, copywriters, strategists, producers) in developing high-impact campaigns across digital, print, video, and experiential.
Ability to adapt to evolving client needs.
Comfort presenting to executive-level clients, with the ability to defend creative strategies while building client trust.
Able to lead full-funnel creative—from conceptual development and messaging to execution across all platforms (digital, video, social, print, experiential)—with hands-on ability in both visual and verbal storytelling.
Exceptional storytelling ability—able to turn insights into emotionally resonant and strategically sound narratives that drive action.
A proven record of brand development and brand strategy.
Forward thinking, with a mindset for data-driven decision-making.
Passion for design, with an eagerness to learn from others and to contribute to a team environment.
Critical thinking and the ability to use creative problem-solving skills to execute projects.
Dependability, with a strong work ethic.
An experienced team leader who finds purpose in mentoring creatives, championing great work, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Collaborative leadership style, with a proven ability to work closely with strategy, media, accounts, and production teams.
Someone who enjoys exploring new trends in design and technology.
Bravery in bringing creative ideas to the table.
Passion for solving business problems through design and communication.
Desire to travel frequently to present to potential clients and lead clients in workshops and brainstorms.
Responsibilities

Conducts and analyzes research and data, including customer feedback, focus groups, third-party and industry reports, and surveys that measure brand recognition and engagement; also uses data to discover trends and insights for the development of a successful strategy.
Leads, with the support of Art Directors, on quality control of deliverables.
Understands marketing and the client’s business with the capability to structure business deals and sell both our services and the creative that is being developed; confidently pitches new business in coordination with assigned client teams.
