Job Description

  • Design of avionics systems, which include navigation, communication, and monitoring systems essential for aircraft operations and safety.
  • Creation of electrical power systems that ensure reliable energy supply to various aircraft component
  • Conduct tests on electrical systems to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Mantain existing systems, troubleshooting issues that arise during operation
  • Technical documentation including system specifications, compliance reports, and installation instructions
  • Work with other engineering disciplines to integrate various systems within an aircraft or spacecraft

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering with an emphasis on electrical systems, or a related field like electrical engineering with a focus on aerospace applications.
  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry.
  • Computer-aided design (CAD) software design (e.g., CATIA Electrical, AutoCAD Electrical, ANSIS).
  • Aeronautical regulatory requirements and safety standards is vital for operational integrity
