Divurgent is hiring for an Allscripts/Agile EHR Business Analyst. The consultant will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

Skills And Experience

• 10 years’ experience in a business analysis role documenting current and future state business processes and identifying capability gaps in a project environment. Consultant must provide at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years
• 10 years’ experience implementing projects in healthcare environments. Activities should include facilitating requirements sessions and workshops with clinical stakeholders. Consultant must provide at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years
• 3 years’ experience implementing the Allscripts suite of products in a clinical environment. Consultant must provide at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years
• 5 years’ experience implementing Electronic Health Records (EHRs) in a clinical environment Consultant must provide at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years. At least 1 example should include the deployment to multiple hospitals across a region
• 5 years’ experience in a business analysis team lead role implementing healthcare information system projects. Consultant must provide at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years
• 3 years’ experience using agile techniques to develop prototypes of healthcare information systems with the goal of improving usability and user satisfaction. Consultant must provide at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years
