Technical Sales Professional – Guide Producers with Science and Strategy

Location: Based in New York, Indiana, Michigan, or Ohio

About AHV International

AHV International is redefining animal health. As a global innovator, we’re leading a paradigm shift in livestock care with our groundbreaking, science-backed, non-antibiotic solutions. Our mission is to empower dairy producers and veterinarians to proactively manage herd health, enhance welfare, and build a more sustainable, profitable future for agriculture.

If you’re driven by purpose, thrive on challenge, and want your work to make a real difference, AHV is where your next chapter begins.

The Opportunity: Technical Sales Professional

We’re seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Professional-a trusted advisor, educator, and strategic partner-to accelerate the adoption of AHV’s groundbreaking technologies on farms. This is more than a sales role: you’ll be the bridge between research and real-world results, guiding producers and their teams toward evidence-based protocols that enhance animal health, reduce antibiotic reliance, and support long-term sustainability.

You’ll work independently in the field, while collaborating closely with our technical service and marketing teams to deliver high-value education and support. Your scientific expertise and practical insight will build trust, shape conversations, and drive lasting change on the farm.

What You’ll Do

  • Consult & Educate: Work directly with dairy producers, veterinarians, nutritionists, and consultants to interpret herd health challenges and recommend AHV’s quorum-sensing disrupting solutions.
  • Drive Adoption: Guide farms in implementing preventative protocols based on biological and economic outcomes, ensuring real-world impact.
  • Collaborate: Partner with internal technical service and marketing teams to deliver compelling education and support tailored to each client.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate deep, consultative partnerships by combining scientific credibility with practical, in-field insight.
  • Champion Innovation: Translate complex animal health science into actionable, trusted recommendations for producers and their teams.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Experienced in dairy systems, herd health, transition periods, or metabolic challenges.
  • Motivated to work independently, yet thrive as part of a mission-driven team.
  • A natural communicator who can make complex science accessible and actionable for producers.
  • Eager to lead change and serve as a vital link between research and on-farm success.
