The Who, What, Where, When & Why

Oxford Medical Simulation (OMS) is redefining healthcare education with AI-powered, immersive simulation training. Our platform enables nurses, physicians, and healthcare educators to train in realistic virtual environments, improving clinical decision-making and patient outcomes.

With rapid growth across the US and beyond, we’re looking for a bold, strategic and data-savvy Director of Product Marketing to lead our product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.

This is a critical, high-impact role that will report into our Vice President of Marketing. This role sits at the heart of our commercial function, driving growth across all products and services. You'll be shaping how OMS products are understood by the market, partnering with cross-functional teams, and building a best-in-class product marketing team from the ground up.

If you’re passionate about cutting through the noise, love translating complex solutions into compelling stories, and thrive at the intersection of product, sales and marketing - we want to hear from you.

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience in high-growth, enterprise environments
  • 3+ years building and leading top-tier product marketing teams
  • Proven success launching new products, entering new markets, and refining messaging to drive adoption
  • Fluent in marketing analytics and comfortable translating insights into action
  • Experienced working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Deep understanding of buyer personas and GTM strategy across complex sales cycles
  • Background in healthcare or healthcare education is a plus
  • BA or BS required; MBA a bonus

What will you be doing:

  • You’ll own the end-to-end product marketing function, from vision to execution. This includes:
  • Crafting and executing strategic go-to-market plans for new products, features, and use cases
  • Defining and refining messaging, positioning and packaging that deeply resonates with our buyer personas
  • Partnering with Sales Enablement and RevOps to launch programs that move the needle on pipeline and revenue
  • Translating complex product capabilities into compelling, high-impact content and enablement assets
  • Digging deep into market intelligence and competitive research to inform roadmap and strategy
  • Developing pricing strategies and product packaging to maximize customer value and market traction
  • Acting as the commercial voice of the customer within product development conversations
  • Building and leading a high-performing product marketing team, hiring exceptional talent as we scale
