Your future

As Indirect Channel Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in our growth journey, responsible for managing and growing several of our key distributors across Europe - and potentially in other regions.

You’ll build strong relationships, drive performance, and ensure that our partners are equipped and motivated to succeed.

This is a remote position, open to candidates living in Europe, with regular travel required.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and develop distributor partnerships
  • Evaluate market coverage to ensure LumenRadio is well represented across all relevant segments
  • Continuously evaluate distributor performance and identify opportunities to strengthen or expand our partner network where needed
  • Negotiate contracts and set joint sales and marketing goals
  • Monitor and follow up on sales performance
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts
  • Plan and support training activities for distributor staff and customers
  • Present to distributor teams and end customers
  • Collect and share market and product feedback
  • Represent LumenRadio at tradeshows and partner events
  • Act as the internal advocate for your distributors’ needs and ideas

  • Bring experience from the entertainment, architectural, or film lighting industry
  • Have an international background in channel sales, key account management, or partner development
  • Are confident in negotiating with senior stakeholders
  • Are structured, proactive, and relationship-driven
  • Communicate fluently in English (additional languages are a plus)
