About the role:

We are looking for a bilingual Outbound Sales Representative and Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced legal team. The ideal candidate will manage outbound and follow-up calls, qualify leads, and assist with various administrative and marketing tasks. You’ll play a key role in helping the firm stay organized and maintain a high-quality client experience.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Make outbound scripted calls to potential leads.
    • Follow up with missed inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries.
    • Qualify leads based on established criteria and set appointments.
    • Use emotional intelligence to assess lead readiness and client fit.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HubSpot CRM.
    • Assist with administrative and marketing tasks such as: Updating the website, tracking lead performance, and supporting other marketing initiatives

Who are we looking for?

    • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales calls, executive assistance, or administrative support
    • High emotional intelligence and client-facing professionalism
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Tech-savvy with CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot)
    • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
    • Experience coordinating digital marketing tasks
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Position: Outbound Sales Representative

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location:  Latin America

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm CT

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: 1200 USD - 1600 USD + Commission
