Our Client, a Clinical company, is looking for a Workday HR Consultant for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
HR Information Systems creates, tests and implements HR service delivery strategies and support HR business processes using HR information systems. This role will be supporting a large scale Workday implementation for approximately 10,000 employees into a currently existing Workday tenant. Duties will include evaluation of the current tenant and requested requirements, leading discovery and requirement session and supporting testing and implementation
Requirements:
Experience leading discovery and requirement sessions and supporting testing with Workday
Previous involvement in large scale implementation projects related to Workday
Experience with Payroll and Labor allocation
Reimbursements through payroll - required
1099 payroll experience - required
Experience with setup of labor allocation through Workday - preferred
Payroll implementation experience
Testing strategy experience - parallel testing
WD Implementor Certified - preferred
Experience with Workday Scheduling and Time
Setup and deployment of scheduling required
Experience with Workday Timekeeping config
WD Implementor Certified - preferred
Experience with iLoads and implementor access in Workday, preferred
Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities
Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
Completes work independently
