Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Title: Epic Willow Ambulatory PharmD

  • Duration: Estimated 12-Month Engagement
  • Location: ~75% Remote (Eastern Time Zone)

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory PharmD to support a net new implementation of Epic Willow Ambulatory. This role will be instrumental in ensuring a successful build, configuration, and optimization of the pharmacy workflows within the Epic system. The ideal candidate will be a licensed PharmD with Epic Willow Ambulatory certification and prior experience implementing and supporting Epic Willow Ambulatory in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the build, configuration, and validation of Epic Willow Ambulatory.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and clinical teams to optimize workflows and system functionality.
• Provide subject matter expertise in medication management, safety, and regulatory compliance within Epic.
• Participate in system testing, end-user training, and go-live support.
• Work closely with IT, operational, and clinical stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues, develop solutions, and provide post-go-live support.

Qualifications:

Licensed PharmD required.
Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification required.
• Experience with net new Epic Willow Ambulatory implementations preferred.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, clinical workflows, and medication management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and workflow issues.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment, with occasional on-site presence as needed.
