We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Order Lifecycle Data Analyst to oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer purchase orders. The ideal candidate will have strong data handling skills, a keen understanding of order processes, and a commitment to ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will serve as the link between sales, procurement, and logistics teams—leveraging data to ensure accurate, timely, and complete order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the full lifecycle of customer purchase orders from creation through to fulfillment and invoicing.
Analyze order data to identify trends, delays, and areas for process improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
Proactively track and resolve order-related issues or discrepancies, communicating with customers as needed.
Generate and deliver regular order status reports, KPIs, and dashboards to stakeholders.
Support audits and compliance efforts by ensuring complete and accurate order documentation.
Optimize order-to-cash cycle processes using data insights and continuous improvement principles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in order management, operations analysis, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce).
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
Familiarity with SQL or scripting for data extraction and analysis.
Experience in process automation or continuous improvement projects.
