Schedule:
35 hours per week baseline with flexibility to increase during busy periods
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM New Jersey time with one-hour lunch break

Scope:

Primary focus on administrative support with secondary marketing responsibilities
No sales responsibilities or advanced marketing expertise required (SEO, complex campaigns)
Work directly with company staff as integrated team member
Potential to support secondary company operations during ebb and flow periods
Monday through Friday schedule with one-hour lunch break
Remote work arrangement with direct management from client team
Responsibilities:
Provide translation and communication support for Spanish-speaking clients
Review and translate Spanish documentation as needed
Handle light accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
Manage scheduling and general administrative duties
Reach out to listing agents via email for networking and service promotion
Create and post light social media content (Memorial Day posts, general updates)
Support staff with mundane administrative work to free them for client-facing activities
Communicate effectively with multinational team members
Assist with workflow management for Spanish documentation
Requirements:
Native or fluent Spanish speaker with strong English proficiency
Experience working with US-based teams or international clients
Basic accounting knowledge for AR/AP tasks (MBA not required but beneficial)
Comfortable with email communication and light marketing outreach
Social media familiarity for basic posting
Strong communication skills for liaising with staff and occasional English-speaking clients
Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
