Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or project management.
Experience working with SMBs or contractors in residential or commercial remodeling is a strong plus.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to make engaging presentations.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Workspace tools.
Experience with CRM systems and project management platforms.
Comfortable engaging with various stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Analytical and strategic thinking, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Demonstrated ability to maintain an active, successful customer pipeline.
Adaptability to a start-up culture with evolving processes and priorities.
