Job description

We are looking for experienced Affiliate manager!

The role is focused on building and expanding affiliate partnerships to support iGaming product growth. The position includes working with performance-based marketing models and requires a solid understanding of the betting/gambling market.

The role is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new affiliates, while reactivating inactive partners
Launch and manage marketing activities to promote the affiliate program
Represent the brand at affiliate marketing events and conferences
Prepare promotional materials for partners, including banners, text content, and screenshots
Track and analyze competitors’ affiliate promotions and campaign strategies
Maintain regular communication with affiliates, providing updates on program and product enhancements
Monitor affiliate performance, detect unusual activity or fraud risks, and ensure policy compliance across all online channels
Propose and implement new campaigns and bonus offers
Analyze affiliate performance and promotional efficiency
Work closely with the business analytics team to generate detailed reporting and insights

Requirements:

Languages proficiency: at least Upper-intermediate level of English, Advanced level of Ukrainian
Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing within betting, gambling or crypto industry
Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid), and key performance indicators (ROI, ROMI, eCPA, ARPU)
Basic knowledge of web analytics
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Willingness to attend major industry conferences
