We’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Data Representative to support our growing marketing and business development teams. This role will be central to optimizing the quality and effectiveness of our lead data by managing lead triage processes, cleansing marketing lists, and ensuring accurate and timely data uploads from events, webinars, and other inbound sources.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Triage & Management: Review, validate, and route incoming marketing leads to appropriate workflows or BDR queues.
· Data Cleansing & Enrichment:
o Audit and clean marketing and sales data for duplicates, incomplete fields, and inconsistencies.
o Enhance contact and company records in support of marketing campaigns and BDR prospecting using data enrichment tools and/or manual research.
o Maintain data hygiene standards in CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo)
· Marketing List Management:
o Process, cleanse, and upload contact lists from events, webinars and content syndication campaigns
o Ensure all list uploads are compliant with data privacy policies (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
o Reporting & Analysis:
§ Support marketing campaign reporting by providing accurate lead and list data.
§ Identify trends in lead quality, source performance, and database health.
§ Analyze Outreach Sequence Effectiveness by evaluating performance metrics across different sequences and identifying patterns.
§ Recommend improvements in lead management workflows and data practices
§ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like our regional territory, key account managers channel sales, sales ops and customer success.
· Sales pipeline improvement, including lead qualification, pipeline data quality and database management.
· Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the EMEA sales team to assist in sales activities, including preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
· Documentation and Reporting: Generate and maintain documentation of client interactions, sales progress, and communication history. Prepare regular reports for the team.
· Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making within the Direct Sales team.
· Sales System Management: Support maintaining and updating our sales systems, including CRM software and databases, to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in tracking client interactions, sales leads, and opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or an equivalent experience
· Strong communication skills.
· Experience in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
· Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
· Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Experience in a sales function is beneficial.
· A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for sales.
· Business fluency in English, any other language is a plus.
