1) Responsible for R&D and project controlling

Check R&D and project workload by project, booking R&D hours as well as preparing R&D reporting

Responsible for monthly closing, budget preparation as well as mid term plan (5 year planning), prepare R&D reporting

2) Responsible for investment controlling

Check investment plan with user departments, follow up actual and forecast by checking gap vs. budget, responsible for monthly closing, budget preparation and mid term plan for investment

3) Responsible for overhead cost control

Set up internal order budget for overhead and investment

Check monthly overhead expenses and update the report data from SAP

Responsible for monthly closing, budget preparation and 5 year plan

4) Internal control and audit for the annual closing

Responsible for internal control and audit for the annual closing for the data and process explanation about R&D data, investment and overhead expenses
