About the Role

Our Transformation Assurance team is expanding and we’re looking for a Manager to join our vast community of solvers. The transformation assurance team works with clients to provide analysis, insights and recommendations to improve outcomes for major projects or programs. We are dedicated to empowering businesses with the insights, strategies, and confidence they need to undertake successful transformations

You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

  • Management consulting (preferably 3-5 years), with exposure to complex transformation programs or infrastructure projects. Alternatively, you have experience in project/program management or related disciplines (including change management, business analyst, or benefits/finance management) and are skilled in proactively identifying project risks and finding appropriate solutions. You have an advanced understanding of project management methodologies, and feel comfortable leading project, program and portfolio reviews

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver initiatives on time and within budget

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients and team members

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci Change Management) are an advantage

In our Transformation Assurance team, your impact will be seen by:

  • Leading and managing project assurance engagements across a diverse portfolio of transformation projects, using strong project management expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes. This includes:

    • Reviewing and analysing critical project/program artefacts (including risk reports, business cases, business requirements documents, or project plans)

    • Identifying key risks to success of projects/programs

    • Leading client engagements, including fieldwork interviews and final presentations of key findings to senior executives and board members

    • Overseeing the delivery of formal reports, including detailed analysis and recommended solutions

    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor during transformation activities and ensuring that quality assurance advice aligns with their strategic objectives

    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and find innovative solutions that bring different parts of the PwC firm together to solve important problems for our clients

    • Mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, with a focus on enhancing project management capabilities
