Now we’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager who can turn that transformation into high-ROAS Meta ads that cut through the noise and drive real action.

Own the entire performance creative process for Meta paid social β€” from research to concept to execution and iteration.

πŸ›  What You'll Be Doing

Creative Research & Strategy

  • Analyze competitors and swipe high-performing creative trends
  • Mine user pain points, reviews, and success stories for messaging gold
  • Concept new angles based on psychology, story structure, and format patterns

Creative Production

  • Write high-performing hooks, scripts, and copy for static + video (especially UGC-style)
  • Use AI tools to generate visuals, avatars, or video content
    • (e.g. Midjourney, GPT, Creatify.ai, Captions, Arcads.ai, etc.)
  • Brief graphic/motion designers and editors with clear, actionable creative direction

Performance Analysis

  • Break down results using hard metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
  • Identify patterns in top-performing ads β€” from hooks and intros to formats and personas
  • Generate data-backed insights and hypotheses to drive the next creative tests
  • Collaborate with the User Acquisition Manager to iterate fast and double down on winners

  • 2+ years in creative marketing for paid social (especially Meta)
  • Fluent in direct response principles, content structure, and scroll behavior
  • Skilled in scripting, visual concepting, and briefing designers/editors
  • Comfortable using AI creative tools (Midjourney, GPT, AI avatars, etc.)
  • Analytical and insight-driven β€” you care why an ad works and back it with data
  • English level: B2+
