  • Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding online learning products and services.
  • Assist customers with account management, course registration, and technical support issues.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure efficient follow-up.
  • Collaborate with educational and technical teams to resolve customer inquiries and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about EdTech trends, course offerings, and platform features to assist clients effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote engagement and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service roles, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
