Math and Reading Tutor Job Description:

We are looking for friendly, helpful, reliable tutors who want to work with children. As an instructor/tutor, you will work with students ranging in ages from 4 to 13, guiding them to master math and reading concepts. No experience is needed as we will train you on how to support students.

Math And Reading Tutor Responsibilities

Stay positive, encouraging, and professional with students.
Using our answer keys, grade work done by students in their pre-assigned booklets.
Answer questions for students and guide them to independent learning with techniques like: sounding out words and encouraging the rereading of the story or directions.
Record students’ progress and booklets on forms.
