Key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging learning journeys for IT-related topics, especially for children.
  • Conduct process reviews and manage change effectively within educational programs.
  • Collaborate with team members to support STEM initiatives in Africa.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to both mentors and mentees in the program.

Engineers Without Borders Sweden is a volunteer based and value driven organization Engineering for Humanity. For over 15 years, we have been driven by a single goal: build a sustainable future for communities around the world. With sustainability and long-term thinking as guidance, we mobilize our engineering expertise to provide innovative solutions empowering communities today and ensure their resilience tomorrow.

Join our dynamic Digitalization Competence Team, where your expertise in specific technical areas can drive real change in African communities.
Be a part of our strategic growth, as we explore innovative ways to amplify our social impact and contribute to the advancement of the STEM agenda in Africa.

We want to build up an ecosystem that shall support organizations to build up computer skills in their local community.

What is your role?

Learning specialists wanted!

If you have worked in the IT industry and have a passion for creating engaging learning journeys and educational programs for IT related topics - preferable for children – together with expertise in process reviews and change management, we would love to meet you. Previous background as consultant or teacher/tutor is a plus.
