At least 3-4 years of experience in expanding broker business in non-QM products and 5+ years in the mortgage industry., A Bachelor’s degree in business or finance is preferred, though relevant experience is also valued., Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage your own pipeline and deliver results consistently., Expertise in non-QM products, mortgage lending regulations, and exceptional communication skills..

Drive the expansion of broker business in targeted markets using non-QM products.
Cultivate and grow new broker relationships while enhancing existing ones.
Close $5MM+ in monthly volume by structuring creative deals in collaboration with brokers.
Collaborate with colleagues to influence and support company-wide success.
