What to expect:
The Inside Sales Representative is a multi-functional role focusing on lead generation, advancing the sales process, closing new business and assisting in the achievement of the sales quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email and webinar. The role also includes supporting strategic clients in collaboration with Account Executives to ensure growth, engagement and overall positive experience for all clients. This individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities such as conferences and shows providing vital input based on their interactions with prospects. Occasional client visits may be required.

This position currently reports to the VP, Sales but will be a dynamic position that will provide a diverse experience in a wide range of business lines within CWB Group and our partner organization, EWI. You will be working remotely from your home office with occasional travel to locations across Canada. We are embracing radical flexibility, where employees are encouraged to work a schedule that works best for them, their team, and their clients.
