Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Dealing Room Manager to lead and oversee our dynamic trading operations. As a key member of our global team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of trades, managing risk, and maintaining a high-performance trading environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dealing domain, ensuring efficient trade execution, settlement processes, and client satisfaction
• Monitor market conditions and trading activity to identify and address potential risks proactively.
• Oversee the execution of trades across various asset classes, including FX, CFDs, and other financial instruments
• Monitor trading positions and risk exposures in real time, taking corrective actions as needed
• Develop and implement high-level processes and controls to meet global regulatory requirements and enhance transparency.
• Lead the division’s strategic alignment with company goals, focusing on operational efficiency and scalability.
• Implement and enforce robust risk management policies and procedures to mitigate trading and operational risks.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate brokerage and execution strategies into the company’s broader growth and public market objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements local/global and industry best practices

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brokerage or investment management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing multi-regional operations and navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed strategic decisions.
• Exceptional leadership and change management capabilities, with experience in building cohesive, high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders and managing client relationships.
• Strategic vision and adaptability, with a passion for innovation and driving sustainable growth.
