Job description

Location: Fully Remote, with you based in Colombia.
Hours: 100–120 hrs/month (Mon–Fri), with core availability 10am–2pm or 2pm–5pm CET

Salary: $500 - $650 for 100-120 hours (with the possibility to increase over time)

We’re now looking for a Recruitment & Admin Assistant to join our growing, remote-first team. You’ll be at the centre of our hiring operation — not hunting for candidates, but owning the entire back-end recruitment process from first touch to final decision.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is proactive, emotionally intelligent, exceptionally organized, and ready to learn quickly.

You’ll work closely with the Founder and senior team to help us attract, assess, and onboard incredible talent, while also developing across marketing, client services, and operations over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the key link between the Founder, Interviewers, and Candidates
  • Manage candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with speed and precision
  • Review video interviews, assess written applications, and help us make confident decisions
  • Own all admin from job posting to signed offer letters and onboarding forms
  • Write job descriptions and posting copy for LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Respond to candidate questions, manage inboxes, and schedule interviews
  • Support across recruitment projects, hiring campaigns, and internal process improvements
  • When hiring slows down, support across marketing ops, virtual assistant tasks, or client success

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment coordination, HR admin, or a highly organized VA/admin role
  • Strong English fluency (written + spoken) — you’ll be drafting candidate comms regularly
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
  • Emotionally intelligent — someone who reads between the lines and communicates clearly
  • Strong initiative, self-leadership, and proactive problem-solving
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, ATS platforms, etc.
